Helping College Students and Young Adults Find Their Compass
The transition to college is one of the most significant developmental shifts young adults experience. It brings excitement and opportunity — along with academic pressure, social change, independence, and uncertainty. For many students, this transition can intensify anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or difficulty managing stress.

My work focuses on supporting students and families before college begins, throughout the college years, and during key transitions after graduation, using evidence-based strategies that promote confidence, independence, and long-term well-being.
